There is no "proof" that we as humans came from random mutations. It is a theory.
But evolution itself has been physically proven because it has been observed. Dog breeders cross breed dogs to get various desired traits. Many plants have been cultivated and crossed with other species.
Bacteria can evolve before our eyes because dozens of generations can appear within a short observable timeline.
Science has theories and it has laws and I think you are confused on the meaning of the words.
A theory is not a hypothetisis or guess. It has been tested and has NEVER been disproven. All it takes is ONE event to destroy a theory. So a theory is a very high bar. The only reason theories are not made into laws is because it cannot be directly observed.
Now we move onto laws, Newton's laws of physics can be directly observed. There are a few others but I'm sure you understand the meaning now.
There are many famous scientists like Hawking that have made guesses as to what was before the big bang. But they're guesses, it's not a hypothetisis because there is zero method of testing what occurred prior to the big bang.
And ya, religious people only have an intangible thing called "faith". There is no evidence that can be provided of holy spirits, or angels, or gods, or any of it.
You should open a dictionary and read the definition of hypothetisis, theory in regard to the scientific method, and laws.

Religion supports evolution. Only idiots don't.
Sounds like our critiques of each other are identical.
If science has proof of something, then its real. Bacteria grow, cells split, but the spark of life is divine.
Life was planted here. We are special.

Religion supports evolution in what way?
My position and that of educated people require physical evidence.
You and other religious folks rely on faith. As a world total of the religious population, Christian faiths make up about 1/3. There are more people who think Christians are wrong than right.
Literally hundreds of religions, each with their own stories about the world.
Just accept that you're wrong. Just accept that there is no God. And if there actually is a God, then it's probably not a Christian god. Statistics as you mentioned earlier would "prove" the latter.
