Please forgive my cut and pasted comment from another post:

Sounds good to me. He is now having his lawyers work out the logistics with US authorities. I know you guys want him to 'blow his load' and release everything but that's not the right move in this case.

What he is doing is offering all his information so that the US authorities can use it to make a case against the DNC. This takes time and care. The case could at the minimum be about fraud (the DNC against Bernie Sanders' campaign) and at the maximum murder (with Palmieri or Podesta as the orchestrators for example).

But no matter what, whatever material becomes public will smash the Russia collusion narrative to anyone with a brain.

Quality post @NeedleStack I will add; Remember his motivation: The US wants to crucify him for his company MegaUpload, he ran to NZ to escape this but the tenticles of the DOJ are long and sticky. He is looking for leverage and if he has found it, he will use it for his benefit first then the world. Be prepared that nothing may ever come out but Kim Schmitz ass from the DOJ.

Dude, you're one of the Goats I respect most, but I disagree with you here. I get where you're coming from, but I think this does more harm than good. With as much as Kim (known for being a bit of an attention-seeker) built this up, this nothing-burger of a statement only helps to discredit the entire Seth Rich investigation.

He says he'll come testify if Mueller (an untrustworthy piece of shit) gurantees him safe passage? Really? Who in their right mind would risk 20 years in federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison on Mueller's good word? And when Mueller (or anybody in the DOJ or Trump's administration) declines the offer or make no comment, what then? Think he'll release anything then? Or will he just say: "My lawyers are still working on it." and hope no one calls him out?

Meanwhile, this will just serve as yet another thought-terminating cliche for the (((MSM))) to pull out whenever the good folks here, on on /pol/, and elsewhere who are REALLY connecting the dots and building evidence; attempt to put it forward. "Oh, you found a money trail linking the DNC to Seth Rich's death? Ha ha, you're just as full of shit as Kim Dotcom." And because (((they))) control the narrative, the normies will buy it.

You're a smart dude NeedleStack, but I think you're being overly optimistic here. Kim Dotcom, whether in an attempt to negotiate against his own legal situation, or just out of attention-seeking behavior, screwed the pooch. Maybe I'm a bit Black-Pilled after Trump's visit to the Wailing Wall, and Manchester, and what have you; but I see no upside here.

Thanks for your perspective. Yes, you and I are seeing this from opposite sides. And we both want the same things (justice). It's all very upsetting because as positive as I try to see all this, I know that the odds are extremely slim for good to come of this.

This is in Jeff Sessions' and Mueller's hands now. I do hope that if they decline Kim's offer that we'll get the info from WikiLeaks eventually.

There have been many times when justice has not been met but at least the good people will have tried.

Good summary. I know everybody got super hyped but he called out the feds when he has been fighting extradition type shit for years. He is in theory sticking his neck out quite a bit here. To actually take them down legally, the case must be built through proper means (primarily testimony under oath along with evidence).

Agreed. He has to do this the right way in order for this to hold water legally. He can't just claim a bunch of things on twitter and expect Hillary to be thrown in jail

Even if it was the biggest OMG bombshell with massive evidence, I have no faith anything would happen. It really does seem that the media has to be all over it for something to happen and they would never cover their corruption.

This, so much. I just don't believe anything will ever come of this. The people who are/were involved have too many ties to the media. And if foxnews, infowars or any "non-msm" outlet reports it, they will simply be dismissed.

This is enough for me. I wouldn't want him to spill all the details and risk letting the perps get away with it.

This is obviously huge. The guy said he'd risk 20 years in jail to testify.

Fuck off kike shill.

I'm still on his side, I just thought today's announcement was going to be bigger. If he or anyone has information related to any government corruption or cover-ups I want them to bring that information forward.

Just like all the evidence that Donald gets peed on, or Hillary's pedophilia ring. This is just someone claiming to know something.

give you something? this is an admission that Kim was in contact with Rich as these events were happening. There's a lot of i's this guy has to dot an d a lot of t's he has to cross so that he doesn't end up being a red stain on a hospital gurney like what happened to Rich.

That was exactly what I expected, a whole lot of nothing. I'm afraid that this could ultimately hurt any push for a real investigation. Thanks for nothing, you fat sack of shit.

Sorry kiddo but this is one of several attempts to gain attention including saying he had access to Hillary's emails and then went silent after it gained him next to no attention.

He's likely going broke and desperate to get in the spotlight.

So, he didn't know him as Seth Rich, he knew him as Panda. He connected the dots when Seth's alternate emails were discovered? Is that what we're seeing here? That's why he never came forward? Cause he didn't know at the time? That makes a bit of sense to me.
