They are saying they don't understand how she slipped through HR as a non citizen. I can tell you how.

HR is filled with liberals and women, who see a minority woman as someone who should be propelled to the top, and likely never bothered to ask her citizenship status because it's a micro aggression to ask where she is from.

Every application I've ever seen in my life asks if you're a US Citizen. I don't know how they could have fucked that one up.

Right, there is a whole section in pretty much every piece of HR paperwork I've seen that asks if you're a US Citizen, or have an eligible work visa - somebody either dropped the ball or lied on their application.

Even liberals and women know about the fuckin' I-9.

That was my first thought. Basic result of gynocentrism, and its attempt at equal (superior) outcome for women. All while extracting as much agency from them as possible.

I wonder if anyone she sent to prison will be able to successfully appeal on account of her being here illegally.

The county attorney reviewed her cases and said the rulings will stand. I think they should all be tossed, as the guilty were deprived of their constitutional right to be judged by peers, as they were judged by a foreigner.

It's a municipal court, so probably stuff like traffic tickets and small claims.

Judge Young Min Burkett was placed on leave for 90 days with the intention that will be enough time for her to obtain citizenship.

WHAT THE FUCK

You'd think that the moment she became an adult she would want to start the process of becoming a citizen. Why live in fear that your life will be taken away from you? She would already be a citizen if she had taken responsibility for herself.

She needs to fund her own deportation and the deportation of any family she created.

She needs to spend any remaining time in the U.S. to assist authorities with investigating her hiring.

I say DEPORT THE FUCKING LYING BITCH.

But of course, this is pussy-pass amplified with the power of "minority" status, so here we are. Fucking society of fucking fucks.

You have a point there. How would you like to find out someone was convicted by a Judge that was a fucking LYING CUNT?

I'd be pissed as hell. But yes, there is some potential legal challenge here since she's been gaming the system.

They're trying to say she never intended to mislead anyone...

Bull fucking shit. If she was qualified to be a judge she knew you can't do that while not being a citizen. Anyone not calling for prison or deportation is committing treason by helping hand over a court to foreigner.

What about W-4's and taxes. On the goddamned W-4 form, you have to indicate if you are a "non-resident alien" or not.

Did this bitch lie to the IRS? I'd really love to know. Or better yet, submit her name as a potential scofflaw/fraudster to the IRS itself.
