Most of the stuff on the internet is from the Jewish press the above link. I first learned about these plan's at the Jewish library, some old books from the 1880's had entire chapters on this subject of 'making Willamette-Valley into the New-Israel'. Remember at that time the Jews were looking all over the world. The Balfour Declaration from UK didn't happen until 1910-ish,

Many zionists wanted the garden-of-eden, very few wanted the desert of moses.

I'll try to find some sources on this subject, but I assume it be hard, not sure that many of the old Jewish text's on this subject have been scanned and translated to search-able text.

I had a friend, a high level jewish lawyer/banker who was big on advocating Baja-Mexico to be the New Israel, at that time south of Tijuana, Baja was largely un-occupied.

There are probably advocates for Israel for all over the world, but Willamette-Valley had very extensive planning. To this day all politicians in OREGON are under Jewish control, and PDX is 100% owned by Jewish Elite.

This is fairly interesting from 2011 comparing willamette-valley to Israel, from a statistic point of view.

In the modern world, not much can be said about Zionist plans in public, most of the reference I read was in books published prior to 1890's, before the "Protocols" were published, since then the Zionists have been very careful about publishing their plans in public, prior to 1890's nobody but Jews even read the Zionist plans.
