There are no legal possessors of nuclear weapons. If you got them, you got them. Just because the first one to have them said everybody else late to the nuclear party is illegal, doesn't make it illegal.
Yeah it's not about possession, it's about making more of them, hence proliferation treaties. Kim has no fucking right to talk and he certainly shouldn't be testing them like he's ready to use them, if he values his dingle berry of a country.

no it's not. I break international law all the time. I own 17 different fire arms all are against international law, but in my country the right to own firearms is a cherished law.
