Great strategy there Bethune. Name call, character assinate, act smug, claim it will all blow over soon.

The airlines are used to a certain level of hatred sure but I think you are in for a surprise. This is a whole other level. This is a shocking display of how you think of your customers. This WILL cause lasting damage to the brand. That could have happened to any of us. I for one will not fly United, fear!
