Gee, who'da thought validating and playing into mentally ill people's delusions would end up in violence when some poor fucker forgets that they're not talking to someone connected to normal reality.

BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) — Pablo Gomez Jr. was a University of California, Berkeley, senior majoring in Latino studies and a prominent campus activist when authorities say he stabbed to death a popular elementary-school teacher. Soon, the crime that police described as "very brutal and unusual" in a city that reported just two homicides last year was sucked up into the debate over gender identity when it was reported that Gomez preferred to be called "they" rather than "he."

Gee, who'da thought validating and playing into mentally ill people's delusions would end up in violence when some poor fucker forgets that they're not talking to someone connected to normal reality.

Solid observation.

The original fuction of the pronoun "they" was to be used in cases where a person is addressing two or more people. If you are talking to an individual who thinks that he is a group of two or more people, then he is fucking crazy.

Pablo Gomez Sr. must be very proud...the wall just got ten feet higher.

They're using the singular they, like when you're talking about someone and don't know their sex.

I don't think they've gotten to the point where they're classifying headmates as a gender yet.

They is also a singular gender-neutral pronoun and it can make sense to use it right up until you know whether the person is male or female.

Had a shooting recently in a Walmart for a similar situation, of course the media didn't cover it. Angry tranny stormed in and shot a guy who refused to acknowledge ....I'm not positive what. Just not being 100% on board seems sufficient grounds to attempt murder. Dude is now suing Walmart for 'not dealing with' the bullying. And his fucking cosmetic surgery will be done on the government dime.

I know it said the guy stole the gun from his grandpa, but it makes me wonder in places you need to go get a license to get a firearm would this guy turned down because of his trannyness. Many people still do see it as a mental illness. Makes you wonder.
