I'm just basing this off the context of one video testimony by an officer in DC area(posted in another comment below). That it's suspected that these minors are victims of human trafficking which isn't as evil as everyone thinks. They run away from home to live with their boyfriends or live more happily with other family members, or just live with friends. Probably up in New York. Easy to get there by train from DC.

Which makes sense actually. Everyone knows black kids mostly don't grow up in happy homes, and don't trust their parents, at least they have "grass is greener" thoughts. So they run away without telling their parents to live with other people. Which is technically considered human trafficking.

It's absurd really and probably the main reason we have so many problems with the black community. Not only they aren't being raised properly, they're not being raised at all except by other immature kids. Of course they'll turn into bratty aggressive, untrusting people.

You have generation after generation of runaways, simply because they never learned from any adults.

Sounds to me like there is an evoloutionary psychology principle in action here. I dont know what it would be. Perhaps ambiant hostility triggers a threat response to remove themselves from nonviable breeding groups at the onset of fertility.

You are probably on to something here, It would be interesting to see a scientific correlation to the sub-conscience mind of a young child to run away from a broken home in order to find stability.
