You can believe what you want indeed. Still don't understand why you would be trying to protect satanists though.

I said it above, but here it is in list form. This is why I hate these stupid conspiracies:

  1. it makes anyone with half a brain cell point at Voat and say "lol look at what gets upvoted there to the top of the page" (and they're right). This post has every bad sterotype about Voat that Reddit has embedded in it. Park Guen-Hye was a terrible person for real reasons, yet Voat chooses to upvote the one about occult and pedophilia instead of corruption. Sad.
  2. it makes the gullible people who actually believe it focus on the wrong shit. Park Guen-Hye was incredibly corrupt. We need to be able to have open and honest discussions about political corruption, not "everyone I don't like is a Satanist"
  3. it paints the whole world as black and white, good and evil, which is an incredibly childish and immature way to see the world. By seeing people you dislike as some personification of evil beyond the actual deeds they commit (ie fucking over a country to help line the pockets of business leaders), it gives delusional people justification for violence and prevents people from seeing other points of view. Consider how the abject hatred of Trump supporters has polarized the media so far. CNN doesn't bother to ever interview or get perspectives from Trump supporters because it demonizes them and sees them as "racists" or "misogynists" or whatever else. It's not much different from how your warped worldview sees people you don't like as "Satanists"
