Yes, because what I wrote is true, but you misread it. I did not state that each individual member had no country or origin. The point of my post is that it was not a single country or government that brought those people together, but an ideal and a system of belief, and that the ideal and system of belief that intends to do harm to western civilization in order to propagate their agenda is not contained within any particular nation's border. Furthermore, several physical borders and many formal government structures that existed in 2001, over 15 years ago when 9/11 took place, do not even exist today, at least not in the same form they did then, so arguing about confining action today to the physical borders from which the 9/11 perpetrators and participators originated is completely irrelevant to preventing another similarly devastating attack. For practical example, of which current nation are ISIS members citizens?, There is no such formal "nation" as "ISIS," no official "ISIS" government, and no recognized, official "ISIS" borders. Neither is there such nation as, "Taliban," "Al-Quaeda," "Hamas," "Hezbolah," etc. etc. The 7 nations named in the executive order this thread is about are the 7 nations named as risk sources in the HLS Terrorism Activity report from December, written by team members from the Obama administration, and the purpose of the order is to slow down the influx until a better system of individual screening can be developed, because there are plenty of good people in every one of those nations and no way to determine on the surface which one is posing as a good person in order to gain access for nefarious purposes.
