Bwahahaha. This post just has to be satire. Take a chill pill, you fucking mong.

Maybe you were so busy talking SHIT that you fucked up their order without realizing it, then denied your wrongdoing and pissed the entire building off.

Nope. What happens is these people would intentionally order their food extra well done, then complain it's too burned. This is a common tactic used by deadbeat diners. The threshold for "delicious well done meat" and burnt to a crisp is razor thin. Deadbeats take full advantage of this fact. Also, you'll notice I said I was the driver. I didn't take the order, make it or pack it. I was just the guy putting it in my car and burning my gas to get over there.

YOU JUST ADMITTED DENYING service as a staff team which is DISCRIMINATION.. So how do you know if corporate is being sued right now because of your stupid team?

What is your deal with all the capitalized letters? I don't get what you're trying to emphasize. And yep, I just admitted here, in the court of law that is voat.co, that I systematically denied service to that one family who always called in and tried to shortchange us. Better call corporate and tell them to fire up the team of high-powered attorneys. Oh wait, the restaurant wasn't corporate. Also, this happened in 2004. I assume she never filed suit because attorneys don't accept food stamps.

Why the fuck were you not fired? Friends with management?

Because the manager knew that it wasn't worth losing one of his top drivers for a $6 t-bone steak. Especially given that she was guaranteed to call us back and demand a second free steak, which would mean sending yet another driver to her dangerous part of town. He told her these exact words, "I'm sorry ma'am. You're welcome to come pick up your food, but you've somehow managed to piss off every driver who works here. No one will make the trip."

But you're right, he should have fired the whole staff and drove over there himself with the free steak, while the phone rang off the hook back at the store with no one to answer it.

That's on your team and your manager is liable if you're a franchise. If its a private place then you deliberately put him out of business through legal negligence.

As previously stated, this food stamp ghetto person did not file a lawsuit. What she did do was call back over and over each night trying to get us to go back there. It became the joke place we sent rookie drivers. No one else would take the ticket. You seem to me to be quite naive. A person making minimum wage to drive food around is not beholden to any law that says they have to serve unruly ghetto people. In fact, "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" is displayed prominently in the store and on each menu.

Since you seem like such a good listener, here's another story that will piss you off. We once refused service to an entire ghetto apartment complex for months after one of our drivers got robbed there. Except, turns out he didn't get robbed. He drunkenly fell down some stairs and lied about the whole thing. But nobody liked going there in the first place, so we just kept that boycott going.
