Newsflash potheads - use of an illegal drug (federal drug status supersedes state drug classifications, sorry, that's a fact) is grounds for suspension or termination at any company that chooses to restrict or test for illegal drug use. "illegal drug user" isn't a protected class of person with regards to employment law. Suck it up and quit crying.
If the NFL (a private company) stipulates that illegal drug use is a suspendable offense, and you do it anyways, then you're a dumb-ass that deserves suspension. Apparently, this is the second time this idiot has done it too. Sounds like he needs fired.
EDIT: Downvoat all you want stoners. I'm 100% correct and you know it, hence the butthurt. Your personal views on MJ use are irrelevant to federal law, employer's drug policies, and the NFL's substance abuse guidelines.

Guess what, I don't believe any of that bullshit. But my personal views, and yours, are completely, 100% irrelevant. It's a federal schedule 1 drug, and it's illegal. If you chose to do illegal shit, then you don't have any right whatsoever to complain when there are consequences for it.
