The DOJ says Proposed changes to Rule 41 are no big deal.
Grants pre-emptive searches on Users that Anonymize
Grants DOJ Permission to hack and search a "compromised" computer w/out permission or the owner's knowledge.
Grants the FBI worldwide access for digital seizures and searches

An act of war,? probably, but also for CP
The changes completely loosen the rules to snoop and seize which plants foot firmly in the door
