"but but he's exercising his rights"...yeah, well one could exercise their rights by protesting medical care for children. Exercising your rights doesn't mean you're right, and it doesn't protect you from the social & economic consequences of your decision.

That free speech is a right doesn't shield you from the consequences, such as, your paying customers exercising their rights to vote with their wallets. Everybody is freely expressing themselves, all is good.
