Those are just two different ways of saying the same thing, dude. "The Rise," "Steps Up"... They both mean loafers are getting more popular.

That's what I read, so clearly I need new loafers.

Huh, I didn't know they did that.

Different papers for different areas? What manipulative fucks. I'm getting tired of the constant social experiment that is the 21st century.

Yeah, I saw them do this with the presidents visit to Alalska. My local version had a picture looked like Obama was pissing on a glacier and I forgot what the other one was now. But they do this kind of shit very often.

I only pronounce it "Alalska" when I have my mouth full of akutaq.

Note: Test subject 114B-XJ72 has developed a feeling of resentment towards The Program. Suggest intervention if problem persists.

I'm curious of where each paper was purchased.

the left side is probably in areas with heavily latino populations and lean democrat, the right side is probably in areas traditionally white and republican.

Trump trying to make eye contact. Mexico....nope.

Really? That seems too much like it might actually favor Trump. You sure it isn't the other way around?

I don't know about that though... I'm in a pretty white/Republican area and I got the one on the left right in front me me.

Probably an international edition vs the US one. the Jew York Times also does that, so that each different group of goyim gets fed with tailored lies.

This sounds like the most likely explanation.

Is it just me, or do the covers of all the non-US editions look more interesting? For example, this image. The ones on the right look like they will have an interesting geopolitical discussion. The one on the left looks like a tabloid.

Yep, that is the worst part, they are dumbing down the population.

And color-coded even! For easier sorting at pickup points

This is nothing new. This social experiment has been alive and working for many centuries. News-papers are great big adverts. Depending on the political landscapes the "news" [ha ha ha] will direct the populi in accordance to what they/the "makers" want you to buy today.

If you look, there are 2 stars on the paper on the left, and 4 stars on the paper on the right. That means second edition and fourth edition. These papers started printing at different times, and between the 2 star edition and the 4 star edition, the editors changed the headlines.

Did Trump say something to change their minds between the first run and second run?

Editor A approved first headline. Editor B came in day shift, and changed it. Probably because "Trump softens" wasn't in line with paper's editorial stance, i.e. pro-Trump. Or, more likely, Editor A gets call from OverpaidUpperMgmt, MBA who demands he change it for final release.
