Accept that's a bad thing for the worker. They live in a company owned tenement that they pay the company to rent. Work shit hours and produce shit products to that the multimillionaire can make a 50% profit on his item. What the Asian (chinese, and south east asia) job markets are is what coal mining use to be I'm the US. Families stuck in the industry forever indebted to the company.

No one forced them to take the job ... besides being unemployed is even worst

Actually in several cases now emerging people were forced to take the job. a lot of seafood Industries especially with shrimp have been exposed as basically Shanghaiing TheirCrews and forcing them to serve on their boats. One such individual who managed to escape reported that if you refuse to do your work they would shoot you with throw you overboard. And if you tried to jump overboard and swim away they'd shoot you anyway. Has exposed in some Chinese factories and Minnie Indian factories many of the workers who are under aged are there by force from their parents basically forcing them take the job once there they end up and headed to the company and are stuck until death

What is the alternative? A couple of companies offering shits jobs with a take-it-or-leave it attitude or unemployment. Neither being a viable survival strategy. The only way to be independent would be to start a farm, but they can't because corporate farming undercuts them.
