This makes me smirk everytime I hear it because in truth there is no such thing as a tolerent ideology. Every ideology causes violence. Its human nature cause we think we are all right and will fight for our own ideology and sometimes it escalates to violent behavior.

That is not true. Sorry but violence is a choice, it does not stem from every ideology.

You are however correct that it's a pattern of human nature, but that doesn't mean ideology itself 'causes' violence.

Also not all ideologies even advocate fighting. Sometimes the ideology itself is not to fight, for whatever reason.

If people choose to defend their ideology by any means necessary, then yeah that could lead to violence, but again that's a choice it doesn't necessarily stem from the ideology.

That's a fallacy if I've ever heard one. If they are defending their ideology with violence then where does it stem from?

Exactly the beauty of American democracy has been outside of a civil war (where afterwards both sides veterans where honored and the leadership not punished) has been a lack of political violence. Real big political violence, the first time there was a switch in parties the government continued.

If you hate Trump don't vote for him. If he gets elected guess what there will be another election in four years.
