Step 1: seize the house.

Step 2: auction the house.

Step 3: divide the proceeds of the auction amongst the families of the victims.

Step 4: arrest Clinton. Not related to the above, but still, a good step to take, nonetheless.

Step 5: legalize constitutional open/concealed carry nation-wide, over-ruling all obviously unconstitutional state, county and city gun laws.

Step 6: push the EU to adopt step 5.

Can we bring back the 4th amendment and online poker?

state, county and city laws

See, this is why US is bullshit as a country. It's technically one country united under one constitution, but every single fucking state has to be a unique snowflake with different laws, where those most important are openly breaking amendments.

house was sold legally, can't just take property of people. Only police can do that, until your house proves itself innocent.

Sure they can....civil asset forfeiture. Except Florida passed a law to stop that fucking nonsense in their state.

But his sister should still be liable for full value of taxes on property. You can't just pull a $10 quit claim deed to get around that.

[–] Philosopher_King 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

They shouldn't touch any of the assets.

Yeah, it sucks he worked around the system, but I'd rather him getting away with that then the government just "acquiring" any assets they desire because of some incident.

Of course they knew. Just like the grandma from the San Bernadino attacks, who fucking lived with the killers. But nooooo, she's just an old lady, so lets not investigate her and let her go, no questions asked..

[–] Fuck_SRS 1 points 24 points (+25|-1) ago

Well, you know, can't investigate and charge old people. Unless they are 90 year old Nazi's that is.

Yeah, that always bothered me too. But Jews are spiteful, uncouth individuals who have no love or forgiveness in their hearts.

Of course Trump was right.

All of the perp's known relatives need to have their citizenship revoked and immediately deported.

This is the right answer. If their families knew they'd be in the shit if they didn't stop lil' muhammed from going out and mass murdering they'd be more pro active in stopping this shit. Radicalization happens in the privacy of online and at home, both the extremist and their families have to be punished to stop radicalization. It'll also make these extremists think twice if they could ruin their families lives. Instead, their families will go on to live in comfort in the west with their terrorist family members remembered as martyrs and celebrates

Why, so they can be hailed as heroes in whatever country we dump them in? I say lock them up in a supermax for the rest of their lives.

[–] lissencarak 0 points 10 points (+10|-0) ago

I don't want to pay for that. Their shitty country will provide a more miserable existence than a supermax.

For example, they will have to work to eat.

It's just starting. This attack will draw others I'm afraid. We've put too much attention on it and made the guy a rock star in the Muslim world. There will be more and they will each bump it up a notch if they can trying to outdo the others.

The Democrats are deer in the headlights on this one. They been caught red handed pushing their globalist multicultural agenda and people are starting to seriously question their bullshit policies. The MSM has burned its credibility along time ago and have lost touch with the realities and are just pushing propaganda.

Summer is hot and full of crazy.

Milo won't be there reminding them there's legit disagreement on issues. College will be out. Some ignorant criminal will do some ignorant crime. Some cop will hurt or kill the criminal. Then a bunch of apologists for criminals' rights to behave criminally will say it was the cop's fault and lie about what happened. The media will buy it. Then the evidence will be collected and analyzed and the cop will have done everything according to policy and will be exonerated. Then a week or so of rioting blm criminal apologists, beating up Trump voters if they can. Then in August everyone is too hot to do any fighting typically, but then some habbening kills a bunch of Americans or possibly foreign allies in or around mid September. Trump and Hillary fight spin wars over who can handle habbenings better, Trump wins because he's better at it and projects the attitude that Americans interests come before the interests which attacked us. Trump wins in November.

I respected Trump's move to refuse to name the shooter in his attack. He also refused to say the name of the San Bernadino shooter.

If we were at war.... If the NDAA were passed... (It is) If United States soil were to become a battleground....

...Then send in the troops. Round up the family of the soldier. Round up the members of his mosque. Round up the Imam. Place them in public in downtown Orlando. Burn them alive with flamethrowers.

War.

It's not pretty.

And it's not a fucking game.

Agreed, if the government does nothing, we should just lynch them ourselves. Enough is enough, we are not restricted by the laws of man or politics and neither are the Muslims. Time to fight fire with fire.

[–] epsilona01 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

Much love for flamethrowers. We should give them to border guards, especially in Europe. Want to see a violent crowd of refugees scatter? A couple puffs is all it takes.

Why is it so hard for America to deport them? They should be put the widow in jail as a precautionary measure.

Authorities should assume every muslim a terrorist until proven otherwise.

[–] rightbyroy 0 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago

I would agree there should be greater scrutiny of muslims and mosques but you can't just take rights away from citizens without due process.

0

[–] lordtyp0 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

Due process of law should not be suspended-ever. Whether it's a student accused of rape, or a suspected terrorist. Scrutiny to organizations would be acceptable IMO. But treating all as guilty until proven innocent... Nothing good could possibly come from that.

See, I don't think you are right about this.

If all the people in one group share a violent ideology that is seditious and/or traitorous to the country they are in, all you need to know is that they are a member.

American used concentration camps for Japanese during world war II to deter further attacks in the mainland. Do that again, this time with Muslims.

The story title doesn't share much with the sensationalist title of this post, also the sources are a little suspect; I don't see any solid sources here, just links to other blogs and pure speculation. I think it's important to work with facts when making grand accusations, not just pure speculation.
