I would take the money, sign the agreement and then just speak the truth. Let them take me to court and explain why it's disparaging. "Your Honor, they fired me to be replaced by cheaper foreign workers". Judge, "Is this true?" Corporate lawyer, "Well yeah."

The real gist of the article is that companies are laying off Americans and replacing them with foreign workers who have H1B Visas..What a disgrace. It's Obama's fault.

More likely congress. I believe the laws regulating the minimum wage for H1B's are their responsibility. The only reason this is a problem is because that minimum wage hasn't been changed to match inflation.

It'll circle back.
My company tried to outsource our tier 1 support to India some years back. They were so horrible that we ended up bringing everything back in-house in the US.
Peruse some tech forums - you'll get a feel for what's wrong with (many but not all) Indians when it comes to tech. That and the rampant degree fraud.
Edit: They can rote memorize and work off of a script, but I've yet to meet any who knew how to think critically and solve problems themselves. To be truthful, I'm starting to see that all over though, so it might not be an Indian thing.

Can people please post archive links for NYT, WaPo, and other news sources? It's so counterproductive to click a link to read the article and hit a damn paywall. Stifles our conversation here.
