That's right!! Just as Washington has been punishing whistleblowers, so now they should punish the ONE person who was willing to risk his freedom and his life to point out all the illegal behavior. Good idea. And where's Mr. Holder's (and others') punishment for such things as "Fast and Furious (etc)?" Everyone at a certain level of government is protected. That definitely needs to change.

Yes it does, and quickly. My understanding is that the Espionage Act doesn't even permit a defense for someone like Snowden. His only options are to plead guilt or not guilty, and no mitigating circumstances are permitted to be aired at a Federal trial. Yet Hillary ... Holden ... the IRS ... so many others, get endlessly long 'investigations' that never amount to anything, they're simply holding actions waiting on the story to die down so they can walk scot free. We are no longer a land of laws that apply to all ... we are a land of endless, overreaching laws that only apply to the common men and women.
