After seeing Cloaked9000's post on an action we can take in regards to BBC's discriminatory hiring practices, I got in touch with the Charity Commission. Today they responded with this email:
Dear Sir
Thank you for contacting us recently and raising your concerns about Creative Access.
Whilst I appreciate that you feel strongly about this issue, I would advise that it is not a matter in which the Commission can become involved.
Whilst a charity must exist for the public benefit, this does not necessarily mean that every member of the public should benefit. The charity has to further its objects and the trustees would not be able to accept applications from anyone who falls outside the beneficiary class, which in this case, are the under-represented racial groups. Ultimately this is a decision for the trustees, however, they must be able to evidence that the groups they are targeting are the beneficiary class in accordance with the objects.
Thank you again for contacting us.
Yours faithfully
Debbie Fleming

Criminality within or involving a charity
Do you have evidence of this?
Yes
Please provide a summary of the evidence
Hello!
"Creative Access" is currently in the act of discriminating in employment and service provision against people of a white ethnicity.
Evidence of this activity can be found on the "opportunities" page on their website: http://creativeaccess.org.uk/opportunities . Evidence can also be found in their "short description" on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/CreativeAccessUK/info/?tab=page_info
"Creative Access" states that "All roles advertised through Creative Access are only open to UK nationals from a black, Asian or non-white ethnic minority". As you can see, they are intentionally excluding/including people by race which is illegal under the equality act.
Please set out any additional facts and information about the serious issue that you wish to report:

You got me curious, so I Google-searched for white-only charities. There are none, and in fact the top result is satirical bullshit.
