We should start using the gender-neutral "it".

Does "it" have a penis? Then "it" is a man.

"it" is male. It takes balls to be a man.

Does 'it' has an x and a y chromosome. Then 'it' is a man.

In this case "it" doesn't denote its gender, only our distaste towards that disgusting waste of flesh and air and a freak of nature and society. If it just decided to chop off its cock and bollocks and be done with it, fine. Keep your freakish nature and sick urges to yourself, and nobody will mind.

But it started to promote freakishness, self-mutilation, and degenerate lifestyle. It became an icon of lgbt movement, a f(l)ag mentally ill and plain stupid people united under, an anathema.

It isn't gender neutral, it's inanimate.

He can very clearly flap his lips so he isn't that.

English doesn't have any gender neutral pronouns, but, you can use the masculine pronoun in a neutral way, also English uses biological sex not grammatical gender. So if you want to be grammatically correct, you have to call him he.
