I wonder what made the judge qualified to determine he was faking memory loss. Stinks of greedy vultures including the justice dept. I'd tell them to go fuck themselves if they were fining me 1k a day on the basis that a judge is qualified to diagnose me with faking memory loss. Not to say the guy is innocent, but god damn we have a shit justice system.

Can't disagree that we have a screwed up justice system ... but the guy also robbed his investors, so whatcha gonna do. If I was counting on a return, I'd be pissed, too.

Good, fuck him. People like him are shit people. Their word means nothing, and even the contract means nothing. He owes people money. You know the people that risked real money on a treasure hunt. He should pay his fucking debt and keep the rest. What a piece of shit.

Totally agree. He just ripped investors off ... some may have needed the money ... he's just a damn conman who lived the good life while he could get away with it on other people's dime. Let him rot.

Why did he even stay in America? This is the time to go to a country without extradition and live a long life of luxury.

But fucking people out of their money is shitty, so I guess it was karma.

Bust him out with a crack team of ninjas. Then he owes you.

Keep him in prison. If it weren't for his investors, he likely would not have been able to fund his robot and treasure hunts and wouldn't have found the stash at all.

Definitely sounds like a big time fraudster ... not someone to be considered Robin Hood.

Dude probably would have been free forever if not for his girlfriend.

Note to self: be single when you embezzle 400 million in gold from your investors.
