Canada became a multicultural country, under Pierre Trudeau, and turned it's back on European nationalism in 1971. link
This is a short look Canadian "progress" since then.
Canadian 'National' Debt
In 1970 the national debt was 20 billion. This exploded in the 90's to 600+billion. And today we see it rise to 700 billion+. In 20 short years the nation was enslaved to the banks.
Cultural Diversity in Canada: The Social Construction of Racial Difference
By 1971, Canadians of European origin continued to account for 96 percent of the 21.5 million people in the total population.
However, by 1981, this group had declined to 75.8 percent
The Asian population of the Third Force grew from 5% to 11+%. And by 1991, they reached 21.6%. By 1991 the Third Force that was mostly European in 1970 was down to 55% in 1991.
Today, Canada's national average for visible minorities is 19+%
Lies on the Canadian census show people put Canadian as their race.
Canada is experiencing the fastest rate of ethnic change of any country in the Western world, say international demographers.
In major metro areas, reaching half, the population is non-white. And by 2036 it is projected to reach 71%.
Canadian assistance and the change in reporting and accountability
In the late 60's the Canadian Assistance Plan was enacted to provide a 50% cost-sharing plan to Canadians and officially solidified Canada as a welfare state after the initialization from the 30's had been started. But in the 90's the Canada Health and Social Transfer in which the Canadian government was borrowing and spending in full force was enacted. This is concurrent with multicultural expansion of Canada nearly in parallel fashion. The multicultural and welfare state were intertwined.
Social Assistance and Related Programs, 1994
With the end of SARP, there is no longer a monitor for this careless spending in Canada.
Total Payments under CAP from 1978-95
Beyond 1995: Canada stopped the reliable and accurate collecting of vital statistics.
Something to consider is Canadian European ethnic population shifting from 96% in 1970 to 76% in 2012.
Immigrants use of welfare
In 1995, 10.5% of the general population was receiving social assistance compared to just 8.7% of all economic class immigrants who had landed the year before.
In 2005, there was a 5% of the family class group from 1994 taking social assistance to 12.2%. This is the lowest class of people applying for welfare.
The government has come under fire for restricting this class.
Refugees had the highest level of welfare use in the early years. They also accounted for the highest persistent use of welfare. In 1995, more than half of refugees, 55.5%
80% of refugees in Canada arrive with welfare attached
-79-84% of refugees who landed in the East are on welfare a year later.
-In Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and BC, where most land, refugees claim from 55-91%.
Racial child welfare can be an indicator of racial welfare in general.
Race Matters: Race matters in the child welfare system
-African Canadians represent 8% of the Toronto population, they represent 41% of all children and youth in care of the Toronto Children's Aid Society.
Aboriginal kids 168% more likely than whites to be taken from homes and placed into care.
Islamists on Welfare: Paid to Plot the West's Demise
In 2008, the Toronto Sun reported that "hundreds of [Greater Toronto Area] Muslim men in polygamous marriages — some with a harem of wives — are receiving welfare and social benefits for each of their spouses
The cost of this can only be compared to what has occurred in Sweden in which muslims cost 7 billion each year.
Because none of the Canadian reports on welfare and social programs include race and since Canada stopped collecting racial crime and other statistics in the early 90s and before, it is impossible to gather the information to expose what they are tirelessly hiding from the public.
We can gather however that since the largest recipients of immigrants are in Quebec, Alberta and Ontario, and from the above information we can gather that their immigrants are the most needy, there is a correlation between immigration and debt.
Nearly 10% of Ontario in the 90's was on welfare and 80% of their immigrants on welfare. In 2012 Ontario's welfare use skyrocketed again.
Ontario is now toying with Universal Income. Permanent welfare for the most heavily littered province of immigrants. And the debt falls on the working class.
