Beta “nice guys” can either resolve their self-image issues and develop in to healthy, stable men or they can devolve in to pseudo-alpha, resentful cynic types.
The best anyone can be is the best version of themselves. Pretending to be some tough asshole doesn’t make the world better or easier for anyone.
I believe choices can affect gene expression. The beta fag who hits the iron and improves himself will pass that on to his son. Then teaches his son the same things. Who passes it on to his son.
And it works in reverse, look at great kings who resort to lives of leisure. In short order their sons follow.

Very very few guys I think would be considered true alpha, the rest while having some alpha qualities are trying to have more or trying to show they have more, this is the baseline, how it's always been and it's not really all that accurate or cool to use beta as an insult against them because whether we admit it or not chances are most all of us fall in that group. What is new, what does deserve scorn and being called out as beta is the ones who don't try at all, who believe their netflix masters that being an effeminate lover of nigs and fags no matter what, is in, most everything that goes on at reddit, I could type here all day about sjw shit, beards, legos, vidya, ubereats and craft beers but you all know what I mean.
I say fake it till you make it if that’s what it needs to be — if you can feign ‘alphaness’ till no one says anything: congratulations you’re an alpha now.
Social hierarchy’s are in our collective unconscious’ and that 2/30 people in the room who know you’re a bullshitter but don’t speak up? Their opinion is as real as the words out their mouth.
It's tricky. I feel like this kind of community is great for intelligent conversations where political correctness isn't a concern. I think we have an influence on culture, and are a huge part of establishing the counter-narrative to whatever the marxists are trying to push. Ideologically speaking, that's pretty alpha. At least by the standards of today.
But that has little to do with our real-life personalities. Personally, I'm fit and make a shitton of money, but I'm not going to pretend I'm an alpha male, or even a particularly cool person. I'm pretty lonesome. I make points and take on arguments that don't leverage my real-life status and I think it's a fair position to take.
The point is that what interests me most is the pure philosophy and truth, not if I can manipulate things using lies or force. Not saying that is how everyone is or even should be, but it seems to serve me okay, especially in the long term.

That's how a circle of narcissists take over a workplace, kick out all the good employees and enslave the ones who can't get another job.

That's a fairly cucked position to take.
