Welcome to /v/magictcg! Voats very own Magic community!
There is also /v/EDH and /v/modernmagic, go check it out!
The subverse is light on rules, but what rules we do have will be enforced by a four-strike penalty system; two warnings, a temp ban, and then a permanent ban.
Rules
Submissions must be directly related to Magic: The Gathering. This can include game strategy to the culture of events to alters, so-on-and-so-forth.
This subverse does not allow harassment of players. Regardless of sexuality, gender, ethnicity, etc., this sub is a place to enjoy all things MtG and will not tolerate bigotry. If you have a gripe with a player, you can discuss it without resorting to attacking their person.
"Look at what I pulled/look at these cards" types of posts will be regulated to a weekly megathread and will not be tolerated on their own, barring certain exceptions i.e. misprints, card damage, alters etc.

Have you tried 60 card Singleton? Decks are reasonable to shuffle, have no commander and are more strategic and less luck based since the amount of cards in the deck is smaller. My playgroup loves this format.
