I would suggest making your own meals. It's much easier to control portion size.

Thanks! I actually bought some flatbread, sliced turkey, and spinach last night to start off slow and make some wraps I can have for dinner. I'm hoping with the weekend coming up i can maybe do some meal prep, but I'm wary of eating precooked meals that have been in the fridge 2 or 3 nights.

Properly prepared that shouldn't be an issue.

The 90 cal flatbread are excellent. Those, some deli meat, spinach, perhaps a low-fat cheese and a light dressing. Its been a staple of my diet for a long time.
