I am still going to the gym 3 times a week. Strength training followed by Cardio. I am also using MyFitnessPal to limit calorie intake to lose 2 lbs per week according to the app. I do not go over the set food calories (~2170) even on days I workout. The calorie deficit is working for me very well.
My goal weight is 240 lbs. This is what I weighed when graduating High School and I was 5'10".
UPDATE: I have cracked the 70 lbs lost threshold. Damn it feels good. Bodyfat analyzer says I'm at 21%. So my math puts my goal weight between 200 - 210 lbs (10% - 15% BF)
