UPDATE 2015/10/6 CW: 247.8lbs I am almost to my high school weight. I am standing up in a wedding this weekend and it felt good to have to go in and update my measurements.

UPDATE 2015/08/20 CW: 267.0 lbs

It's amazing what not spending the entire weekend drinking and eating can do for you. My current vice is Friday Night pizza from Tony Sacco's. I still maintain the calorie count. It is somewhat easy when the 16" Large Vegetariana Pizza is only 211 cal / slice. The biggest change right now is how my stomach has shrunk. I feel much fuller on much smaller portions. I guess this should be expected since I "snack" throughout the day. Snacking = greek yogurt, salad, veggies etc.

UPDATE 2015/09/16 CW: 254.6 lbs

I'm closing in on the 50 lbs mark. I finally feel good enough to tuck in my shirt again and not have a full blown muffin top. My new current target weight is ~220lbs which should put me in the <15% Body Fat range.

UPDATE 2015/09/04 CW: 259.6lbs

BOO YAH! I have lost over 40lbs now. It feels so good to be nearing my initial goal weight. My strength has increased a lot. I was able to put up 750lbs on the leg press for 18 reps and that was at the end of my set. I have a body fat analyzer from Omron and according to it (in athlete mode since I go to the gym so often) I have lowered my body fat to 24.6%. That means according the America Council on Exercise I am at the cusp of "Average Body Fat"

UPDATE 2015/08/15 CW: 270.4lbs.
The past two weeks have been roller coaster rides with my weight. The weekends were my birthday and camping and boy did I pack on the lbs. Back in the saddle though. Hitting cardio hard. The Cybex Arc Trainer is a low impact miracle for cardio.
