ugh. i know the feeling. for the last few years i have been portioning out my food, tracking it, shit i even started some weight lifting. my body is changing in positive ways but it kills me that i didn't get this going/figure out what works for me earilier. 28? you are nothign but a baby ;-). i'm knocking on forty's door. ugh.
