ugh. i know the feeling. for the last few years i have been portioning out my food, tracking it, shit i even started some weight lifting. my body is changing in positive ways but it kills me that i didn't get this going/figure out what works for me earilier. 28? you are nothign but a baby ;-). i'm knocking on forty's door. ugh.
it gets better. i get sad when i look at a portion of pasta. i started portioning out years ago. awhile ago, i said to myself oh you don't need a scale, you can eyeball it. you have this down. nooooooope. the portion size slowly grew bigger and so did i. food scale for life!
I've started to get a bit hungry now, but I just remeind myself that I have eaten and my body has enough fuel for the day so I don't need to eat more. Just about to go for a 5Km cycle now to top my afternoon off.
