I'd take it as a warning: Don't eat too much or you'll feel like shit. Just remember the bloating, the bad sleep, and the gross feeling. You felt like this because your body is not used to digest that much bad food anymore. Remember this day, and tell yourself you'll never EVER do that again.

I find that after my binges I normally lose a pound or two the next morning then the next few days, though I'm eating right again, the weight comes on and then some! It normally slips right back off though a few days later.
This is because the fat cells are still alive, they're just waiting to be filled back up.

Jump back on the horse and continue living the lifestyle!

Thanks for the reply! The next morning I was back at it and the weight has finally come off. It took 4 days to get rid of the bloating - i feel so much better now. I have learned that even after a year of healthy living i still have so much more to learn.

Junk food equals Junk feels. I have found that my favorite "cheat" are Towne Club Cream Sodas. Only 220 Cal for 16 oz. They satisfy the sweet tooth without killing my gains or making me feel like crap. Congrats on the major loss BTW. One of my personal goals is to lose enough weight and gain enough vertical leap to be able to dunk a basketball.

That's a unique goal. Good luck achieving it.
