The issue is that +1 posts are considered spam. If it's that big of an issue for the boards, Valve needs to allow for surveys in the boards.

Yeah, spot on! It does have the effect of spam, and it is because the Steam boards are too limited.

We need surveys and shit. Valve is missing a priceless opportunity to make the boards more relevant, and get all that sweet sweet social media user data from a more involved base.

You should wait on Civ VI. Awful ai, seems to be worse then the other civ games. If they fix that and a few other issue will be a great game but as of right now it isn't worth purchasing, in my opinion.

Civ6 also lacks Steam Workshop. There's a lot of modding potential but without the ability to easily manage them and keep them up to date, it's the kind of mess we would expect from 2006 modding.
