Wow, that is so incredibly petty. If he truly had conviction then he would outright refuse to comply and face the consequences or just resign from a job that goes against his personal ethics.
Wow.... How petty are people? "You have cooties so you have to sign the Cootie Contract before I will sit next to you!" Fuck. When did adults start acting worse than children?

Hrm... what about his oath of office? I'm fairly sure it probably has nothing in it allowing him to pick and choose how he can apply the law... Just by doing this, he is breaking that oath. While i'm not sure it is a disbarable offense, its very very petty and unethical.
Me too. Sir I think you're an idiot and that by saving your life I will be contributing to the evolutionary downfall of our species. However because of that pesky EMTALA law, I will have to do it anyway.

I like it, I can go acknowledge his beliefs, and then throw it right in his face and force him to do it.

I would literally sign it, then wad the paper up and throw it at him.

Why because he is forcing people to acknowledge his position. Sounds perfectly reasonable as he is doing the inverse of what he is asking.
