Lettuce wraps. Literally leaves of lettuce. Red lettuce is a little bitter, but the color is nice and the bitterness is delicious.

Hey! I do lettuce wraps too! Crunchy and happy when you do escarole, romaine, iceberg. You can also use a bell pepper, or a tomato hollowed out!

I've done tomato, never bell pepper. The crunchiness must be wonderful.

Low Carb pita's and tortillas (make your own, or buy at the grocery). Cauliflower pizza crust.

I find it best not to find alternatives. They will always disappoint and just make you crave actual bread.

I second this 100%. I tried alternatives at first and found it to be more disappointing than anything. Sandwiches/burgers taste better without the bread part anyway. If anything a lettuce wrap is the only bread substitute I would use. But then again, I already used lettuce on my burgers before keto...so I'm not sure if you can say it's substituting the bread just making it possible (though messy) to eat with your hands.

I made some keto bread about a week ago. It tasted pretty good and had 3 carbs per serving. Pretty calorie rich though. I often go with lettuce wraps.

Not-bread...who needs bread substitutes, just don't eat the "bread" part.
