the "in the raw" brand is not 100% stevia. It has Dextrose mixed in it as well, its actually listed first so that would mean there is more dextrose than stevia.

you can find 100% stevia online, in powder or liquid. IMO the powder is way to "stevia" tasting, the liquid dropper stuff is more tolerable.

but to answer, no it wouldnt knock you out. And i personally wouldnt go near the in the raw stuff.

no problem. just from my experience,

really the only time i use stevia is add a little extra sweet to erythritol, in my bread recipe. which i assume they (in the raw) is trying the same with dextrose.

If you havent yet, I'd recommend cutting all sweetners out for regular use.. everything will taste better. stevia will fry your taste buds after awhile.
