I just came back from a 2 week holiday and decided to get these poisons outa my system.
Until the end of next week, I am an hardcore vegan who'll only indulge in caffeine.
1) Breakfast: coffee + 10g chia flour/ 90 ml almond milk/ 50g grated coconut porridge
2) Lunch: salad with vegan mayo (replace the yolk with soya cream) and plenty of olives
3) Dinner: a tofu curry
4) snacks: some walnuts
Heva anyone sone ideas of keto/vegan plates I could try?
