So, I've been doing keto for about a month now with moderate success. As the "final stage" of my keto on-boarding, I've begun tracking my macronutrients and kilocalories for each day--and BOY, do carbs sneak in EVERYWHERE.
I'm wondering what are some of your go-to easy meals/foods that have neglible (if any) carbs. The catch-22 is I generally prefer to eat vegan when possible, but... As you might imagine I've had to give that one up in favor of this diet.
Insofar, all I've got is cheese. Which is good, but... Gouda and Parmesan get boring quickly.
