Welcome to /v/itookapicture: A place where anyone can submit their pictures and get feedback!
We're here both to share and appreciate photography, as well as to learn and to help each other become better photographers. Feel free to submit a photo even if a picture is over/underexposed, is pure camera shake or has unusual composition - Any opportunity for discussion, appreciation, and improvement is considered a good submission.
Don't be afraid to ask the submitter how they achieved a certain effect. We encourage posters to keep an eye on the comments of their submission and answer any questions.
Please don't downvoat a submission because it's a "bad" picture. Downvoat a submission when it's a bad submission.
RULES
Feel free to submit photos both that are just a photo you're proud of or that you particularly like, as well as submissions demonstrating that
you're interested in teaching, learning, seeking constructive criticism on or showing off a particular photography technique.
Only submit pictures you took yourself, so the community can directly interact with the photographer. We'd like submitters to respond to critique or comments, as our 'verse encourages communication.
Paintings, illustrations, heavily altered images or images with little photographic value do not belong here (though that's somewhat subjective). We'd like your submission to be able to stand for itself, without any backstory or a clickbait title. Submission titles should include ITAP as much as possible.

Neat pic, but I wonder about the composition. Were you limited on what you could get (I think perhaps there's a bit too much sky in this - but I'm by no means an expert) from your shooting position? Or is it odd due to cropping?
I think the bridge is really overwhelmed by the tree in this pic.

Have to agree with too much space above. I could have cropped a little bit more. However, I can't show the bottom area due to some trash. :(

That's too bad. I think the bridge would feel more substantial if it seemed to be above more.
Makes me wonder if this is one of those times where the contextual healing stuff from PS/GIMP could make a difference.
Where is this taken at? The angle of the tree is very striking.
