Currently federal and state law where I live say "90° foregrips make it an SBR" I may test the limit, but I don't break the law.

I don't think ATF specifies it like that, all they say is "vertical foregrip." It goes on to say that modifying a pistol so that it uses 2 hands to operate instead of one is the reasoning for the law. So yes, you are very much breaking the law according to the ATF and you bet your ass they'l come after you if they find out.

Meh I am not worried as I have used it around police, and others at various ranges. Also legality changes all the time as now you are allowed to shoulder them too.
