Careful with that foregrip then. Foregrips on a pistol change their classification to an "AOW" - in fact I'd delete this thread after a while cause you're more or less posting online that you're breaking the law and providing photographic evidence of it. Be smart about it.

Currently federal and state law where I live say "90° foregrips make it an SBR" I may test the limit, but I don't break the law.

I don't think ATF specifies it like that, all they say is "vertical foregrip." It goes on to say that modifying a pistol so that it uses 2 hands to operate instead of one is the reasoning for the law. So yes, you are very much breaking the law according to the ATF and you bet your ass they'l come after you if they find out.
