I could probably do this within searchvoat.co.

I haven't seen the reddit equivalents so not sure how it would work. Maybe, find the post/comment on searchvoat, hit "archive" and be redirected to an archived version so you can save the link to it?

Or maybe it's time to consider making searchvoat.co archive everything by default, i.e. remove the "edit/delete" button?

For reasons of illegal content and doxx content, users should probably maintain the ability to delete posts from Voat without there being a back-up to consult to see the information anyway.
