But another view of the subverse, say /s/pics for instance could have the same basic content, but with a different (super?) set of moderators that attempt to moderate for content quality and "mainstream" appeal.

Seriously dude, you can fuck right off with this.

We would still need mechanisms to keep this optional layer of heavy moderation in check, public mod logs may be enough to start.

Nothing about this should change the experience of the site for normal users.

Of course not (right now). This is just the first step towards reestablishing powermods.

Not on my watch dude.

tl;dr optional safe space moderation layering to attract more potential goats to our treehouse. Still no censorship

Wow, you just came out and said it. Head over to reddit, they do that shit there.

Learn to read faggot.

2 views, 1 database.

1 for the pussies who can't quite handle free speech yet

1 for the goats (i.e. what we already have and don't want to lose)

Reddit memory holes content and gives moderators absolute control over a "community", there is a big difference from what I am proposing.

For now.

Learn to read faggot.

I did. All I saw was a reddit fag trying to get his foot in the door. I am not the only one who saw it.
