I'd imagine it would be mostly the same role from Reddit, which seems to be approaching well-known and interesting individuals to do AMAs on the platform. It could be a big plus to Voat's outreach, if she's interested.

But the thing with Reddit was people were already interested in doing AMA's on Reddit. So she was a go-between between interested parties. I can see us having the same pull as Reddit at this time.

I agree with you there. It would mean scaling down in terms of influence and probably compensation as well, so it may not be something that she'd be interested in, but I'm wondering if we should even ask. I have to imagine that some of the AMA speakers hadn't heard of Reddit either, so she may have been doing some outreach already.

No one famous would bother their arse doing an ama on voat, it lacks users

That's a strong point, but Voat is growing. And we might be able to convince an author to do an AMA about their book if we can show them a subverse for that book with a few hundred users in it. Voat may not attract any big name celebrities, but it could be a good opportunity to get users in touch with other people of interest to the community.
