Eh, there's no reason for your dairy products to be low fat. Fat is filling, fat is good. Just keep them in moderation. Calories trump everything.

Also, for carbs you should kick out potatoes, white rice, and if you eat them: corn and beets. All have super high glycemic indices, which means greater insulin spikes. Those will catch up to you.
