Stopped drinking soda, with the exception of a few nights of Captain and Cokes, about 4 months ago. Drank water and Crystal Light, instead.
Went from 230 to 195 in that time span, while also watching a few other things I eat and not being a lazy fuck (aka working out). Best thing I have ever done is cut out soda.
Thanks! I feel so much better when I wake up, too. Nowadays, I don't feel a need for caffeine. I get tired after a day of work, but that's how it should be. Settle down, go to bed for 8 hours, get up, and have a normal, non-drugged up day for a change.

Woo!!! Good on ye! I gave up soda for black coffee recently. But my reason was tooth decay. Glad to hear you found a good replacement.

Best I have felt since I was a kid.

I do not recommend that you ingest Sucralose. It is sugar with added chlorine.
