I'd love to be able to add a post description to the top of link submissions so I can explain the context of the link.
Too often I've linked to a YouTube video and have been forced to add a comment to explain something important about the context of the video... or to include additional links to more information... which is later buried under comments with higher scores.

Actually, around here, we call that the post message... and the CSS refers to it as usertext-body...
