Call your ISP and 'WTF' them. Or get a VPN (I think).

I'm back to normal. They were blocking it at DNS level, so I switched to OpenDNS and now I have full access again. So, we know for sure, CenturyLink has decided to take it into their own hands and block this website, likely for political/opinion reasons.

You do realize that all of your alts are probably blocked.

Google Voat, and try accessing it via Google Results.

Dont just type voat.co in the address bar..

Test it..

Next, on your router or pc, set static DNS Servers to

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Test..

Then test it with a VPN.

One of those will give the desired result.

Thanks. I went to OpenDNS and now it loads fine. They were blocking it as of either last night or this morning.

Use the ISP DNS then... Oh wait, they are blocking Voat..

Googles DNS service is good.
