GRRrrr Don't let jews touch your guitar :)

I actually had a Steinberger restored by a jew years ago. JEFF BABICZ!!! (rolls eyes). I wiped the jew off of it when I got it back, though. haha

Meanwhile back on the ranch, I absolutely love nylon guitars.

I can go look, if you want to know more.

No, I was talking about electric strings. Sorry. I should've specified.

Ah... That varies? I tend to buy bulk packages when I find a brand I really like. I also sometimes just buy bulk amounts of separate gauges. (I go through a ton of electric guitar strings - so this is a habit borne from expense.)

As I'm not swapping them out after every show, I seldom play with Ernie Ball strings anymore. ;-)

Lately, I've been splurging on more Thomastik's. I've been using their "George Benson" in medium-light and saving their sort of rare lights for special occasions. They don't seem to make them anymore. But, I'm fine with Ball, Fender, whatever... D'Addario makes a 'super light' in their pure nickel line and they're actually not that bad. Yes, I just admitted that in public.

ha! Fender strings nope. D'Addario's aren't too bad. Just my ol' worthless opinion, though. I'm on EB Cobalts at home, love the sound of those, but use Ernie Ball Slinky 9-42 on the road. Most of the other strings out there I seem to break a lot for some reason. I have 10's on a couple others and I use 9-46's on a couple. It just depends. I recently tried the Ernie Ball Steel strings but didn't really like them and I snapped one the second day. I highly recommend you try the Ernie Ball Cobalts if you haven't. If you do let me know what you think of them. If you don't like them I promise I wont disown you.
