What office?
So no, they can't run for anything because it's not a democracy. You can't "vote" anything just "vote" so your representative brings it up with the King and maybe the King makes it law or not.

It's for municipal elections not national elections. It is arguable that the municipal seats are powerless, but at least women have a shot at running for office locally if they wanted to.
I can make a note stating that this is for municipal elections if that makes people happy.
