Trump really killed in that debate. Its a shame Trump was on the defensive through it though, I thought he had some really great points that weren't really explored by the chair. I blame the Pro-Trump Anti-Trump bias.

Its funny, the anti-trumps think his policy is bad so why not let him speak to it and flesh it out as much as possible? The Pro-Trump camp I think would ultimately like this too, gets his strength of destroying the establishment's faults right out in centre.

Because letting people with horrible ideas speak their message doesn't defeat their ideas when half the population also harbors those bad ideas. We have SEEN that security theater in this country doesn't keep us safe, that it robs us of our liberties and costs us inordinate amounts of money for a placebo. Yet we still have people (non-congress) that endorse the patriot act, that endorse border fences, and spying on the public.

People are stupid, and in the land of the stupid the lunatic is king.
