This is why I will never ride a motorcycle. It's not your bad driving that will kill you, but other stupid drivers. And as diversity grows, so do the dangers of driving in formerly-White areas, as non-Whites are horrible drivers, especially niggers and "smart" Asians. (DWO = Driving While Oriental)

I’ve spent some time in SE Asia and am convinced those people have no peripheral vision whatsoever. Trying to get a waitress’ attention is near impossible; you find yourself waving both hands frantically in the air about 5 minutes after you thought that raised eyebrow might grab her attention. Guess walking around with dozy half shut eyes has its downsides.

Potholes can kill you too. When you think about it, the propaganda that cast bikers as "edgy rebels" was entirely opposite of reality. They depend on good infrastructure and civility more than any other drivers.

If you want to avoid accidents, you don't have to restrict yourself from riding a motorcycle. Just understand that it is not for driving anywhere near a city, which too many people think is the perfect environment for one. Find country roads, enjoy yourself for an afternoon, and then drive the nice steel protective cage when you have to approach areas of 'urban development.'

Doesn't help that it appears he was being one of those idiots. If he was where he should have been (in the left turn lane) he'd probably be okay instead of being lined up for that ricochet by the cosmos.
